Orders and Shipping
Items shipped from local warehouses are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days.
For items shipped from China, delivery is expected in around 15 business days.
Please go to My Account page, submit your email address and set a password under Register, then you will be able to enter your email and password on the left side of the page to log in.
If the order has not been placed, you can go to My Acount > Address to edit your shipping address.
If you have placed an order but provided the wrong address, please contact us promptly via [email protected]. Our staff will help you intercept the order in our system and modify the address before your order is sent.
But if your order has already been sent, the shipping address cannot be changed.
We do not charge any sales tax. However, for packages that have arrived in the recipient country (especially in Europe), if any tax is incurred, the customer is obliged to cooperate in paying the tax.
Generally, orders shipped from local warehouses do not incur any additional taxes.
We ship to most countries around the world, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for details, if your region is not listed in our shipping countries, please contact us via [email protected]
If your order is shipped from a local warehouse, the packaging and processing of the order will be determined by the warehouse and beyond our control;
If your order is shipped from China, we will pack it appropriately based on the quantity and size of the products your order contains.
