By placing an order with Sunba Technology Co.,Ltd through the Sunba official site, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order or using any service provided by Sunba.

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.
All orders placed on Sunba website will be shipped with valid tracking using USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sunba is unable to satisfy individual requests from users on the specific carrier to use for a specific order. If you leave a PO.Box address for your order and only UPS is provided in that region from our shipping system, we may have to cancel your order.
New Products: Sunba agrees to ship your products within 2 business days.
Refurbished Products: for refurbished products, an extra quality control process is required before preparing for shipment. Sunba agrees to ship your product within 2-4 business days.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours prior to the shipment. Please see the Contact us page to complete the form or send a request directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. A confirmation will be sent once your cancellation request is processed. After 24 hours, you may still send the request but there is no guarantee that it will be processed and Sunba reserves the rights to charge a $5 administration expenses.
Right to Change Terms and Conditions
Sunba Technology Co, Ltd may, at any time and from time to time, change these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting of the changed terms and conditions on the Site. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically, and use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Sunba reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Sunba Online Store pages at any time without notice, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If a pricing mistake occurs on the Sunba Online Store, you agree that Sunba will not be bound by that incorrect price, unless you have already been charged. In case of pricing errors on the website or made in connection with your order, we will send you notifications to allow you to continue your transactions at the correct price, or cancel your order without any cost on your side.
Return and Refund
a) Return Window
Please return your product within 30 days of your receipt upon delivery, except as otherwise noted in the product detail page.
b) Complete Package Rule
Please return the product with its original packaging, including manuals, brackets and toolkit that comes with the unit for a full refund. Returns with incomplete/materially different package may enable sellers to charge a restocking fee up to 15% subject to the completeness of the package. We do not charge restocking fee for normal wear of use on the camera.
An automatic refund will be issued within 7 business days of the receipt of your return.
