Had a thunderstorm a couple days ago which damaged a Slingbox and a Netgear switch in my house, although there was not a direct lightning hit that I’m aware of. After the storm, I had to reconfigure my camera to get connected but there is no PTZ movement, no OSD menu, no presets, and no IR. The zoom works and the picture looks fine and it records. What should I try? I have electronic repair experience am I have the equipment to do component level repair.
Sorry, I meant no PT movement. It does zoom.
