  If you are going to make changes over SADP tool, and you are seeing this error prompt, it usually occurs for the following reasons: 1.The password entered is incorrect. 2.The security level of SADP is not authorized to modify the camera’s network information. If you are unable to access the camera’s interface, connect the device directly to the computer to make the changes.

You will see a list of users for the camera under Configuration-System-User Management if you have the camera added to more than 1 client. The “user operation time” is the last time the NVR sends the commands. If you want to enable motion detection recording (including line cross, intrusion and regular motion detection), please go to Events-Basic Events and enable motion detection.
