When contacting Sunba regarding warranty issues, you must present either a valid order number or proof of purchase, which can be obtained from the platform you purchased the items from.
A valid order ID from an authorized seller MUST be provided before the warranty claim process begins.
1. This product comes with a 2-year warranty covering parts only in USA (1-yr in other regions). Labor fees are not included but should not exceed $40 per unit for every repair. If you received a repair invoice with value higher than $40, please report to firstname.lastname@example.org as this is not allowed.
2. We can also send the replacement parts to you directly and you can do the installation/swap by yourself to save the back and forth travel time with installation instructions from us. Please contact us first within the warranty period to make sure the condition of warranty is met.
3. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the users end.
4. We will provide one-way free shipping from our repairing center at USA to buyer’s designated address. If you live oversea, you have to be responsible to the shipping cost of sending the product to either USA or China, based on your preference. Again, we can send the parts to you instead.
30 days upon the receipt of the camera. You can choose from getting a refund or a replacement. Detailed policy of return may vary in every platform. Please consult your vendor.
